Can I apply even without experience?

Of course! No prior experience is required! Thanks to our training skills and your eagerness to learn, we will support you in learning the TADAO concept and our way of working.

What do the schedules look like?

We are open 7 days a week, for lunch and dinner. The hours are very flexible.

At TADAO, there are no split shifts. We take advantage of the afternoon to welcome some customers, make all our homemade preparations, and get the restaurant ready for the evening service. And all our restaurants close by 10 pm at the latest!

For fixed contracts, the weeks last 5 days (including Saturday, occasionally).

For students, we offer flexible schedules that accommodate class hours, and work shifts can vary from 3 to 5 hours. Weekend and evening work shifts are available.

Are there any opportunities for career development?

Working at TADAO means having the opportunity to grow, develop, and climb the career ladder. We encourage internal promotion for leadership positions.

We encourage team members to grow within the company, with opportunities for advancement to shift leader or even manager positions.

Is it a stable job?

All our contracts are 100% declared and lead to permanent positions if everything goes well and there is a mutual desire to collaborate in the long term. We are a Belgian family business that has been around for 5 years, soon to have 3 restaurants, and we are not ready to stop!

What is the dress code?

We provide a uniform (t-shirt and apron) to all employees, but you will need to wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes.

Excellence and diligence are at the heart of our approach: each dish is prepared with care and quality ingredients, each customer is welcomed with attention. Tadao is today two restaurants in Waterloo and Ixelles, and very soon a third one in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert!
